Is it safe to use my Credit Card?
Safe and Secure
Our website is secure. We use the Secure Socket Layer Protocol to ensure that ordering information is sent directly to Trango and that only Trango can decode it. Of course you can place your order over the telephone by calling 1-800-860-3653. -
What about my privacy?
We like privacy. In fact, we've been known to keep new climbing or bouldering areas secret so we can enjoy private sessions with our friends. So we will always respect yours. From a tech-weenie standpoint, we're waaay too lame to harvest your user information or your site session statistics; we can't even do something as simple as automatically pull you email address into our database. So if you want to get on our email list or get a catalog, you've got to sign up.

Can I get a free catalog?
Of course. Just email us your adress or give us a call and we will get you one of our FREE catalogs out to you right away.

How much is shipping and handling?
Remember that we do not currently ship outside of the United States
and Canada. Sorry.

How do I return something?
Returns and Exchanges
We would like to be able to accept anything that does not satisfy you but the truth is we cannot always do that.We will accept anything back that has not been used. Harnesses can be tried on at home but once the rope goes thru the tie in spot you own the harness. As with most mechandise, we accept return of non-used equipment. Please use your common sense when returning products. Thank you.
Should you need to return your purchase: place it back in the box with the packing slip copy and a note explaining the reason for the return and place the return address enclosed in the box and ship away.

What are my payment options?
We'll take your order any hour, any day. We take Visa and MasterCard.
Does Trango.com accept international orders?Currently we only accept orders from the United States and Canada. Sorry.
What is Trango's warranty policy? WarrantyClimbing gear wears out. We hope that isn't startling or alarming to you, but even the metal stuff won't last forever. Check it frequently-look for hairline cracks, sticky hinges, worn webbing, frayed wires and loose connections, or anything that doesn't seem right. If it's less than a year old and it turns out that it is a defect in materials and workmanship, we'll replace if for you. Wear and tear is a tough issue-you can trash a harness or break a pick on your first day out, and while we hope that doesn't happen to you, it may, so please use your common sense when returning products.
Here's how our attorney wants us to say the same thing, complete with the fine print:
Great Trango Holdings, Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year, or for as long as the original purchaser owns it, whichever is shorter. For service, clean the product and return it, post paid to:
