How long before my order ships?
We process orders Monday through Friday only. Most orders received before 1:00 PM MT will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 PM MT will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM MT will be processed Monday. We strive to ship all in stock orders within 2-3 business days following processing.
What are your available shipping methods?
Shipping within the USA is through United Parcel Service (UPS). You have the option of selecting:
UPS Ground (1-6 business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept two forms of payment on our website PayPal and Credit Card.
If you choose PayPal as your payment method you will be transferred to PayPal.com to log into your PayPal account and choose your payment preferences. Once complete you will be redirected back to our encrypted SSL secured shopping cart to complete your purchase.
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards at this time. All of our credit card transactions are processed via encrypted SSL secured methods. We never see your full card number and we do not keep record of your card information. When you place your order, your card is pre-approved and your card issuer may place a hold on the funds in your account at their discretion. Your card will only be charged when the order ships and only for the items that ship.
We are proud of the quality of our products. We would like to be able to accept anything that does not satisfy you, but the truth is we cannot always do that. The merchandise must be in new condition and still have all the tags and/or instructions attached. We accept returns of unused, like new products only within 30 days of receipt. Please use common sense when returning products. For warranty replacement inquiries, please email email@example.com.
How do I return or exchange something?
Place the product back in the box with a copy of the packing slip and a note explaining the reason for the return. If you wish to exchange it for a different product please include the item, size, style or color you prefer to have. If the price is more expensive you will be contacted for your credit card information or you can include that in the return as well. Then ship your return to our Return Address listed below.
We recommend using UPS, USPS or FedEx for return shipments and choosing pertinent tracking and/or insurance options. Trango cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach our facility.
How long until I receive my refund?
Refunds to your credit card or PayPal account will be processed within 1 week of receipt of your return. Please be aware that your credit card issuer or PayPal may delay the availability of your funds at their discretion.
How do you handle Warranty Claims?
