KHAN comes from one of Roy's first hold lines—something he’s revisited over time.

It’s a style he keeps coming back to, and this version pushes that idea further with updated shapes and materials.

This is also the first time the line has been built as dual-texture macros in ABS. You get a wide range of usable surfaces and sizes—from larger holds that feel more predictable, to smaller shapes that get more technical. The slopers use a rolling surface, so you have to target them well and be intentional with how you grab them. The process also creates a really consistent finish—someone picked one up recently thinking it was GRP, until they flipped it over.

Surface First

KHAN's are built around how climbers actually interact with holds.

Larger shapes give you more predictable, usable surfaces.

As the holds get smaller, they become more technical—requiring more precise hand placement and intention.

The slopers use a rolling surface.

You have to target them well. You have to commit.

Built for Setters

This is a flexible system—not a fixed idea.

  • Wide range of sizes and usable surfaces
  • Larger holds for flow and movement
  • Smaller holds for tension and control
  • Works flipped, inverted, or offset
  • Can be set like volumes or traditional holds

If you’ve used the original line, this expands it.

If you haven’t, it’s easy to understand once it’s on the wall.
