Every rappel ends at the rope’s end. Red Flag makes sure you know where that is before you get there.
A simple idea with serious purpose
Rappelling off the end is preventable.
Some of climbing’s most serious mistakes happen during lowering and rappelling, when attention shifts and rope management slips.
A standard rope gives you no advance warning. The end arrives when it arrives.
Red Flag gives you a clear visual cue before it does.
A visual cue where it matters most
Five meters of unmistakable red.
The final five meters of each end are dyed bright red. When the Red Flag appears, you know where you are on the rope and what needs to happen before anyone descends farther.
The color change reads clearly at the anchor, stands out in a rope pile, and remains visible under a headlamp when you are tired and moving quickly.
Red Flag does not replace proper rope management, communication, or stopper knots. It supports them by adding another layer of awareness at the moment it matters most.

More than a warning at the end.
Every Red Flag rope combines visible ends with durable construction, all-weather performance, and handling features designed for long days on the rock.
1
Red Flag Ends
The final five meters of each end are dyed bright red for a clear visual indication that the end of the rope is approaching.
2
Black Centerpoint Marker
A clear midpoint reference for balanced rappels, pitch management, and faster rope organization.
3
Duo Dry Treatment
Both the core and sheath are treated to resist water absorption and preserve more consistent weight, handling, and performance.
4
2x2 Weave Construction
A durable sheath construction built for projecting, guiding, repeated lowering, and high-volume use without sacrificing handling.
5
Ready Hand Coil
Factory coiling reduces memory, twisting, and kinking so the rope is easier to prepare and use from the first day.
6
Finished for Durability
Ultrasonic cuts and heat-transferred end caps create clean, fray-resistant ends straight out of the coil.
