Q: What motivates you in life and in climbing?
I'm driven by the pursuit of continually improving my human potential. In climbing, I strive to continually push the limits of what I'm capable of. This has pushed me to have Olympic dreams, to send harder and harder climbs outside and to continually be a student of the sport.
Q: What do you do for work, and what inspires you about it?
I'm also a mechanical engineer working the Harvard Biodesign Laboratory where I strive to provide others with the same opportunity to improve their human potential.
Q: Do you follow any specific diet or have any dietary restrictions?
Apart from that, I'm gluten and dairy free due to my ulcerative colits. It's pushed me to try new recipes - I love making granola, pad thai, and experimenting with new recipes.
Q: Do you enjoy cooking or have favorite meals you like to make?

Q: Do you play any musical instruments or have favorite artists?
I lightly play the Banjo, and enjoy listening to alt rock like Florence and the Machines or Caamp. Classical music is my go to before comps though!
Q: Who are your biggest role models or heroes?
My parents have always been my heroes!
